3/4/2010 - District 5 Educational Seminar

Concrete Educational Seminar During the coming winter months, concrete educational seminars will be held throughout the state at WV Division of Highways District Headquarters. The seminars are designed for city and county project managers and designers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and those interested in increasing their knowledge about new concrete technologies. Each seminar will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at WV Division of Highways' District Headquarters, with the exception of Districts 7 / 8 which will be held at the Equipment Division in Buckhannon.
