About Plans and Specs

The Contractors Association of West Virginia has cultivated relationships with architects, engineers and owners throughout the state in order to provide the most up-to-date project information to our members. We request plans and specifications for projects upcoming to bid and make them available for viewing. The ability to review many sets of plans and specifications in one place has proven to help save money for all the parties involved with a project.

A one-stop-shop for members bidding work, the CAWV offers a way to view plans and specifications. The CAWV Planroom, located at CAWV Headquarters, is open to the public during business hours. Members have 24-hour access and the ability to check out plans and specifications.
