Contractor members are those who submit bids directly to owners or their agents. This category also include contractors who usually contract to general contractors or owners         for a portion of the project or other specialized work.

 

Contractor membership dues are $950 annually, plus volume dues. **

 

 

Associate members are those who supply products and services, equipment, material or supplies to a contractor. Some examples include pipe suppliers, banking institutions, equipment dealers, law firms and design companies.

 

Associate membership dues are $625 annually.

 

 

 **        New applications should be submitted with a check for the full amount of  the first year’s dues. Upon renewal in January, dues will be prorated a 1/12 rate (monthly) and any remaining balance will be applied toward the next year’s dues.
