WVDOH Lettings
The West Virginia Division of Highways announces upcoming projects for bid, or lettings, through their site.
Contractors must be prequalified to bid on Highway work. Forms may be obtained from Department of Highways, Construction Division, Contract Department, Building 5, State Capitol Complex, Charleston, WV 25305.
The Division distributes their plans and specifications through Bid Express (www.bidx.com). Contractors must submit bids using Bid Express as paper bids are no longer accepted, unless stated otherwise in the advertisement.
All lettings are held in WVDOH Conference room A-122, State Capitol Complex, Building 5, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25305. Bid results are read aloud by the Division and broadcast over the internet by the Asphalt Pavement Association at http://www.asphaltwv.com/DOH.html.
