Construction Leadership Program

The CAWV Construction Leadership Program (CLP) was developed to...

The CAWV offers a number of educational programs designed to enhance career development opportunities and improve the performance of construction companies and the industry. Through programs developed by the CAWV, as well as nationally developed programs delivered directly by AGC of America, education programs and training resources address core topics essential to any construction professional and company.

CAWV Safety Program

The CAWV’s partnership with Encova Insurance has provided significant savings on contracting members’ workers’ compensation insurance costs. The program, which began in 2009, provides a discount on premium costs to contractor members with a three-year loss ratio of 65% or less. The program is also a great resource for risk management and loss control measures. The partnerships with Encova Insurance, OSHA, and other state agencies provide educational opportunities and resources to construction professionals through annual safety seminars, webinars, and the weekly Safety Bulletin.
